The Nature of Editor Guerette's Relationship with Xena: Warrior Princess
(abstract)
A. Introduction
This Referral presents substantial and credible information that Editor Christopher Guerette criminally obstructed the publication of a new issue of Sham. The following paragraphs provide an overview of Editor Guerette's relationship, with Xena: Warrior Princess. During the course of this relationship, Editor Guerette's attention was diverted from normal publication schedules. The following is derived from a depostion of Miss Xena.
B. Evidence Establishing Nature of Relationship
1. Confidants
According to Xena, during her relationship with the Editor, she often confided in her closest friend, Gabrielle. The so-called Ithaca incident, the Amazon catastrophe, and numerous Greek weekends were all recorded in Greek, by Gabrielle. Translation of these documents has been hindered by the current and well publicized lack of Greek scholars.
Also, during much of the relationship, Xena was trapped in Callisto's body. Testimony has been taken from Callisto, though she claims no memory of the events which took place while Xena was in possession of her body. Callisto's armor has been confiscated by the special prosecutor, and is being examined for stains.
2. Emotional Attachment
According to Xena, there has been no emotional attachment on her part. This contradicts the Editor's statements during the Laetitia Casta Case. In his testimony during that case, Editor Guerette stated of Xena, "She wants me."
3. Physical Evidence
The most startling piece of physical evidence is the "Bath Time" photo of Miss Xena, Gabrielle, and Editor Guerette. It is included here as irrefutable proof of an improper relationship between the two parties.
